Weather Update: Thanksgiving Rain/Snow?

This Thanksgiving New Bedford will likely be covered with rain due to a large storm system that's been traveling up the coastline, currently it is somewhere close by to North Carolina. It's been moving quicker then expected since the rain was supposed to be held off until Friday afternoon. Instead the rain should start sometime in the afternoon on Wednesday and travel itself through until Friday morning.

Are there any chances of New Bedford and the surrounding towns to see snow?

***RAIN UPDATE***
Sorry guys, but there are no chances of snow for New Bedford and its surrounding towns. New Bedford will just see lots of rain traveling into Thursday and it should start wrapping up by Friday. With this rain we will also be seeing and feeling a lot of wind and strong wind gusts as high as 40mph by Thanksgiving night. As I said before the rain will last until Friday and we'll be seeing plenty of wind, the worst part of the storm wil hit us on Thanksgiving day and get worse into the night time, it should all clear away by Friday, thankfully, so you guys can all go out and hit the big sales. If we do see any precipitation on Friday it should be a very brief drizzle in the morning hours, nothing huge.

We should expect our first snow very soon...possibly next week or weekend.
